Shipping

Shipping for any quantity or mix of products is $7.95 by UPS ground for orders $75 or less. For orders over $75, shipping is $7.95 but by UPS 2nd Day Air. Above $200, shipping is FREE by UPS 2nd Day Air.

Orders shipped outside the continental United States will be charged actual shipping costs. Orders for shipment to foreign countries will be charged actual shipping costs, plus a $10.00 fee for completing customs documents.
 
Returns

All Kordial Nutrients products carry our 100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee! If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, return the product to Returns, Progressive Laboratories, 1701 W. Walnut Hill Lane, Irving Texas 75038 within 60 days, along with the invoice and a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied, and we will promptly refund your purchase price. We will provide a refund for any number of unopened bottles and one opened bottle of each product (even if it is completely empty!) that you purchased from us. Shipping is not refundable. Products that require refrigeration, such as SAMe Plus, Acidophilus Enteric, Bifido Plus Enteric, Dophilus X-Tra, and Pro Dophilus are non-returnable. XanGo Mangosteen Juice is also non-returnable unless you are a XanGo member.
