Decabolin is the trade name name for the prohormone 19-NorAndrost-4-ene-3β-ol-17-one Decanoate.  This is an esterified version of what is commonly referred to as 19-Nor Andro, 19-nor dehydroepiandrosterone, or 19-Nor DHEA.

19-Norandrost-4-ene-3b-ol-17-one is a 19-Nor DHEA isomer.  This compound is a prohormone which requires a two step conversion to the active metabolite nandrolone.  Nandrolone is used for muscle building, performance, and aesthetic enhancement.
