Orders ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed M-F before 3PM EST are typically shipped the same day.
Orders may have 1-3 day handling time and are received within 13 days.
Shipping errors must be addressed within 1 business day of delivery confirmation. We cannot assist with any issue past this time period.
Replacement, refund, or reship due to delivery issues will be provided for those that purchase shipping insurance.

Order tracking with a delivery confirmation is considered a completed / received order. These orders will not be refunded or reshipped unless returned to sender.
Customers are responsible for errors made to shipping address.
Shipping service will be considered responsible if item is shown delivered on tracking but not present at delivery location.
Shipping service is considered responsible for arrival of damaged goods or missing items from damaged box.
Orders over $99 are shipped with signed receipt.
